WHAT YOU CAN DRIVE
Trucks with a maximum authorized mass exceeding 3,500 kg (for category C1, it must be less than or equal to 7,500 kg), designed and built to carry up to eight passengers, excluding the driver. Vehicles in this category may be combined with a trailer whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 750 kg. |

WHAT YOU CAN DRIVE
Category C1E: Vehicle combinations consisting of a towing vehicle of category C1 and a trailer or semi-trailer, with a maximum authorized mass over 750 kg, provided the maximum authorized mass of the combination does not exceed 12,000 kg.
Vehicle combinations consisting of a towing vehicle of category B and a trailer or semi-trailer with a maximum authorized mass over 3,500 kg, provided the total maximum authorized mass does not exceed 12,000 kg.
Category CE: Combinations of coupled vehicles consisting of a towing vehicle in category C and a trailer or semi-trailer whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 750 kg. |
